BIOGRAPHY

Valerie Giannandrea McKeag studied at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee, graduating in 1985 with a 1^st class BA Honours in Illustration.



Valerie went on to work in advertising and publishing in London for 12 years as a freelance illustrator. She now lives in Belfast and is the Head of Art at Ashfield Girls’ High School, having re-trained as a teacher after moving to Belfast in 1997.
