A significant art growth area, particularly as existing collectors modernise and a new young generation of ART BUYERS emerges.
MODERN ART in Scotland rejects traditional form and classical art references in favour of new commentaries and narratives that examine and emphasise contemporary culture issues and societal challenges.

We have these new examples from one of the leaders of the area, Hanna Kaciniel with her POP ART. We also have EXPERIMENTAL MODERN from Garry Brander. His studies explore the modern phenomenon of WOKE and the issues around modern culture. We are also introducing Siobhan McLaughlin who is one of the brightest EMERGING talents. Her powerful work explores alternative landscape techniques. her work makes a powerful statement on any wall. We also see the return of Colin Brown with some great examples from his LOVE LETTER TO EUROPE series. Lastly, we bring you the exciting new work of Kathryn Arthur who produces fascinating contemporary IN VOGUE cultural studies.
